First off, I apologise for the loooong title XD
Secondly this is my first tutorial so apologies if anyone has difficulties understanding it.
Thirdly, this is not completely how I make my manes and tails. I'm not giving away all my secrets

Fourthly, experiment Smile don't copy this step by step to the exaxt letter. Try work out your own method based on mine Smile
